Good afternoon!
I am in the process of doing a Bumper Pull Horse Trailer Conversion into a Mobile Coffee Station. Currently, I am working with a food concession company to have the electric and plumbing installed. However, I do need to choose a tankless water heater for my sinks and hand washing station.
Anyone have recommendations or issues you’ve had in the past choosing incorrect units? I have done a ton of research on voltage/amps/wattage, espresso machines, equipment etc, but I have ZERO knowledge what capacity water heater I may need. I have read that someone purchased an outdoor tankless water heater in his trailer that did not work because it technically was “indoor” and it got too hot.
