Mobile Unit Hot Water

Hi All,

We are establishing mobile unit from our brick and mortar shop. We are required to have hot water for hand washing.

We are planning on using the Fracino LPG 2 group retro. My questions is has anyone ever tapped into the boiler from the espresso machine that is plumed to the hand washing sink? This would avoid a hot water heater .

Any thoughts?

No experience tapping into the boiler but before you get to far with that idea I think it would be a good idea to check with the health department to see if that would even pass code. The health departments that I have dealt with wouldn't even consider that as a hot water source so good luck.
