Anyone know what the red lever is for on the side of the drum housing?
This is an 1990's Diedrich IR-7n. I emailed Diedrich. They do not have a record of this serial number. It might be a pre-Idaho machine.
Ah, it's the air flow lever. I thought that was the one on the front, but that is the flame control.
