Sorry but one of my first posts is me needing help.
The service center that I have my Saeco Coffee bar being fixed showed me the descaling history on the LCD.
knowing how to do this would greatly help me in monitoring the machines in my business. Does anybody know how to pull this up? The service center seems reluctant to tell me how to do this.
