Remove decalcify message

Hi. I have a Saeco Incanto Classic. I have decalcified it and the ''Decalcify'' message still appears. Last time this happened - took it to the service centre and they did something to remove the message.
a. Any thoughts on how to do this?
b. Can someone please tell me how to access the Hidden Menu page?

I have the identical problem. I think there is something in the owner's manual about this, but of course I can't find the manual. Saeco also has a help desk. I will begin the research but would love for someone to beat us to the punch and give the answer here for everybody.

On my Saeco Royal I just have to hold the steam button for 5 seconds and the message clears....
