repurposing old horse trailer into mobile coffee bar in TX

Hello! Coffee Forum newbie here! I have been doing tons of research into repurposing an old bumper pull horse trailer into a mobile coffee bar that I can set up at events. I am located in north central Texas and was hoping to feature semi local coffee. Any suggestions? If you have any other tips or recommendations feel free to share! I am all ears (or eyes)! Thank you!
