Saeco royal power supply (?) problem

Hello. I have a saeco royal and used it over a year. It started to make a noise that souds like a relay to me, it happened not so often when it happened it kindof reseted the machine. Now it does it as soon as it starts working and stops working. It makes a sond like when a car rus out of battery (trrrtrtrtrtrtrrr). I think it does not come from the mechanical part but from the electrical one. Any idea? Thanks!
