Hello,
I am a co-owner of a small shop that sells mostly vinyl records (along with some other art and music). We currently sell drip coffee and tea but are looking to expand to do espresso and other related beverages. We are located in a small college town in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and hope to cater to students that need a place to hang out and get some studying done while enjoying some coffee and music. We have a budget of around $1000 for our machine and maybe another $100-200 for a grinder. Can anyone suggest a good reliable machine or brand for us to look into? It's doubtful we will receive Starbucks level volume but who knows! Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks
