Hi,
I would ask if is there possibility to connect the roaster to artisan, have you used data logging? How much time it take to roast a full batch?
Is there possibility to control the airflow? How many thermocouples does it have?

It supports Roaster Dynamics not sure about Artisan. I just set up Roaster Dynamics but haven't used it yet

It has airflow control

Takes me about 10-11 minutes per batch

It has 2 temp probes; bean and exhaust air
