Sulawesi Kalossi

Hi all. Im a new user and i had a question for all of you experienced coffee roasters. I have reciently been roasting Sulawesi Kalossi and no matter how light or dark I roast it it seems that i get an uneven roast. What I am wondering is if the coffe is dry prossed and if that can affect the roast consistency...AND...if it is normally uneven will the flavor be ok?

Im actually using a fluid bed roaster. A Fresh Roast Plus 8 to be exact. Although, I made some of it that I dark roasted to about a vienna roast and I have to say that even though it was a little uneven it turned out very good.

Also...Do you have a suggestion as to how dark to roast it? Vienna was pretty good but I wonder if light french or full french would be even better. As far as I have read Sulawesi is almost made to be dark roasted (correct me if I'm wrong).
