Want to upgrade to Jura S8 or WE8 or Brevelle Oracle Touch or Phillips 5400

Hello.. I need some advice.. My wife loved coffees with Milk and I love black coffee.. I have been looking to upgrade to one of the following and also what brand is the easiest to repair/maintain?? to Jura E8 , S8 or WE8 or Brevelle Oracle Touch or Phillips 5400.., Any guidance will be greatly appreciated...
