I have been enjoying some Sidamo from "Fresh Off The Roast" and "Qualia Coffee" in DC. The aroma of the natural processed coffees is like that of wine. It is truly amazing.
They are a small fresh roasting operation and ship coffee if anyone wishes to check them out.

True enough
I have been drinking more Green Tea. I just haven't had the gumption to get about making a pot of coffee in the morning after hauling myself out of bed to go to work after getting off work at 10PM and not getting a restful sleep due to the new baby. It gets better they say.. Only 3 months to go and she'll sleep through the night LOL.. Actually.. I might get into the habit of putting a pot of coffee on before going to bed maybe.. Nah... That would be worse than the instant :/

I just had a very nice Ka'u medium roast from Rusty's Hawaiian. This plantation has been winning awards, and it's not difficult to tell why.

Lol, OMG, No, I actually meant that I had been drinking Nescafe instant and eating snacks, lol.....

After a long break from drinking coffee, today I am drinking Nescafe coffee . Yum
