whipped cream

our single location coffeehouse has always used fresh heavy whipping cream to make real whipped cream to garnish flavored lattes or hot chocolates.....whipping cream prices are crazy high, however, so looking for a good alternative without losing flavor.....Suggestions?

I've always made my own...I use the same flavor i use for flavored coffees to create different flavors.
