Manometer/Solenoid Selmi Roaster Problem

My Selmi Centosei Coffee Roaster is down and I think too much air went into the manometer which forced water into the solenoid. But am a complete novice. Might anyone know of someone who might be able to help troubleshoot it?
Thanks, Andy of Coffee Factory Roasters in Red Lodge, MT

I noticed you posted this on FB as well. There is not enough description of the problem to even start to troubleshoot you. You need to explain down? No power ? no flame? ???

The reality is that's primarily a cacao roaster... you won't see that many in the wild in roaster forums. You may need to contact Tomric or whomever you purchased it from for support. Selmi is fairly specialized.

Let's start with the basics - do you have power? Does your console have any alarms showing? Have you engaged / re-engaged your emergency stop to make sure that's not overriding the panel? Have you checked your exhaust for possible blockage?

Did you buy it through Tomric?
