Otc pain meds with caffeine

I have gastritis but every now and then i take over the counter pain meds which contain caffeine and for some reason they dont upset my stomach but regular coffee does! Is there any caffeinated gum or gummy bears which are gentle on the stomach even for people with gastritis? The pain meds say they wont upset stomach... where can i find caffeinated candy or gum which doesnt upset the stomach?

How does brewed tea work for you? I find the British teas with a touch of milk with the really strong black ones work well for me.

Good brewed teas from Britain will have a lot of caffeine and caffeine derivities if you need them to go with your OTC pain meds.

The caffein is not upsetting your stomach when you drink coffee, coffee contains acid that's what is bothering your stomach, or it could also be the oil in the coffee, but more than likely it's the acid.
