Love to be able to say I drink coffee for my health. But that would be false. I drink coffee because I love the taste and I love the boost. I would drink it if it were bad for me, and, oh dear god, I would probably drink it if it were illegal.

What I have learned from perusing that forum, is that tea drinkers are just as detail oriented as we coffee drinkers - type of tea, % oxidized, tea to water to steep time ratio. How fresh. ... So if you mean relax and have a cup of tea so you can relax from paying attention to a bunch of details, forget it. They are every bit as obsessed as we are.
