Dear you!

i have been roasting coffee for 10 years, owning my own family business.
Used giesen 15kg since the beginning.

Now i got a KUBAN 60kg , but are unable to get a desired taste and mouth feel in the coffee.
Somehow the experience i have is not well used on this beast.

Anyone here who would like to sent me some roast profiles for KUBAN would make me very happy.

Thank you!!

Best wishes.
Christian
