I'm new to home roasting and have been watching a few roasting vids. I've noticed that some people use a computer to profile their coffee. what are the advantages and disadvantages to doing this. Can someone explain to me why someone would want to switch over to using a computer program to roast their coffee. Like i said im new to roasting so I dont know everything.
