Unrealistic
Lilybean: Didn't the professor who graded the paper on the FedEx idea flunk it or low grade it on the premise it was "unrealistic."
Chin up. Way to step out. Lots of people are doing so in many many ways ... and coffee is a terrific business. I'm also dead set certain that a well-managed, passionate owner ... as you will be some day ... can beat the pants off Starburnt ... or charbucks or whatever.
Remember, passion is the driving force ...
