I need help with processing kopi luwak

Hello,

I purchased 10kg of kopi luwak from Indonesia with the intention of selling and also self consume.
The beans still have the husk, so I'd have to remove it before I can roast them.

I don't know where to begin and what to search for. I'm in the SoCal area. Thanks in advance!

You are one in a line of many that have succumbed to this egregious fraud.
Buy some real coffee beans.

should you buy in the form of green bean, so you can start roasting.
now you have to break down hard skin, before you dry in the sun, break it by using the machine.
