Most Expensive Coffee In The World

Oh. It is true. It is called Kopi Luwah. The annual output just about 230 kilo gram. The price of this coffee comes to US $1000 per kilo gram.

Holy smokes! I love me some strong coffee but I looked this up and not even sure if I could handle this one

besides Gesha from Panama (specially from 90 plus company/farm), Black Ivory from northern Thailand is the most expensive coffee.
How much is for one coffee cup or what kind of packing they come in?

Yes, I heard about but never tasted. The animal called "luwak" in Indonesia, they eat the best ripe coffee and digests it in its tummy. And yes, this is true that this coffee is one of the most expensive coffee in the world. Because the luwak choose the best coffee for eating.

The animal is actually a Asian palm civet. Main reason it is so expensive is because not much is produced annually. That being said there is more sold than is produced so make sure it is certified before you buy..
