How did you hear about CoffeeForums.com?

I heard about coffeeforums from Mr. Andrew Hetzel, managing Director of Cafemakers, LLC. He sent me a link to a paper on the steps to follow when starting a coffee shop. I wish I could get a hold of that paer one more time. For the life of me, I cannot find it in my files.

OH! I wanted to beg you for that "paper!"​

I was going to suggest that you send Andrew Hetzel a private message through this forum to ask for the link that you wanted, but I see that he hasn't visited the Coffee Forum in quite some time. I'm guessing you may be able to contact him by way of Cafemakers.....Andrew Hetzel, Shawn Steiman, coffee consultants, experts with experience in coffee science and roasting.
